Maybe a Super Triangle?

If memory serves correct It’s 2 Triangle Oscillators XOR’d together then folded then filtered.

 

The part I’m happiest with is I used the Bassline as the Carrier for the Vocoder.  It’s the first time I’ve used an external carrier and it really helps add some punch and grit underneath the verse.
