Using Yamaha PLG extensions as standalone synth ?

HI,

i found somewhere in internet instructions, how to build standalone module using waveblaster extension card (like DB50XG).

I wonder if it is posible to build such module with YAMAHA PLG cards (for example PLG100DX). I know, that PLG connector has 15 pins.

If somebody knows pin-layout of PLG cards, please let me know.

Kenton make a rackmount box for PLG cards called the Plugstation.  I have also seen the DIY design for the Soundblaster cards, but nothing for the PLG format.  Try Google.
