USB Host support along with SEQV4

Hi Forum,

 

 

while skimming over this thread:

i asked myself, if it would be possible, to connect a usb-midi keyboard to the SeqV4 and use it as an input when reading this (quote from TK.):

 

“The update will be available with all future MIOS32 applications, it’s always available without special configuration.”

 

 

Has anyone tried that or is it not possible to run the SeqV4 application along with the USB Midi Host mode?

I have my MBCV V2 connected to the SEQ V4 in USB MIDI host mode

It runs fine

 

I haven’t connected a keyboard, but it should work the same.

Since a USB hub is not supported, only one thing can be connected at a time

Yes, it works.

 

Just plug in your USB MIDI device before you power on the SEQ V4.
