You don’t need my permission to sell your sammichSID… so the answer is yes.

(AFAIK MIDIbox “non-commercial” license is only meant to prevent people selling pre-built MIDIbox projects only for profit, not stop people selling MIDIbox gear they built for themselves but don’t want anymore.)
