Yes it will or not :smiley:

Once Optrex reveals the controller or compatibility to HD44780 -  It works.

It’s up to you to be experimental or check the datasheet againts HD44780 based displays. Do whatever you like.

Datasheet says: NT3881D controller, which is NOT compatible to the HD44780!

But it should be possible to modify the HD44780 driver for this controller.

I am capable of soldering the ribbon cable etc, but not modifying drivers.. ??? .  etc… damn… so pretty…   :frowning:

Is that the first of it’s kind? Seems I’ve seen many different blues on blacks (maybe not that exact color).
