I just want to make sure that i will always have at least one that is fully working.. haha.. And i think the MB6582 is the best all-in-one Synth i ever owned - so i have a collector attitude towards it :D

I always thought my sammichSID was my favorite synth, so I built an MB-6582 so I could have my “sammichSID” plus three backups…but now I’m realizing I need a backup MB6582 or several…

Although, I will say I really like the direction the FPGASID project is headed.

I know I’m commenting on a 3yr old thread here, but there’s clearly something special about building the MB6582.

I’m actually on my 3rd now and somehow, I still can’t get enough?

What version of the MB6582 PCB are you using?

I’m noticing a more open layout, with a bunch of smaller SMD parts.
