MIDI to operate motor-driven potentiometers?

Hello (first post)!

Can anyone here help me building a MIDI controlbox that can operate motor-driven potentiometers? Has anybody tried this or know where I can find relevant help/info?

(What I want is a controller that with a Controller Command (or sim.) will turn a motor-driven potentiometer to a given value fx. a volume control)

Thanks for any help/thoughts…

Cheers

Hey Pete

Can anyone here help me building a MIDI controlbox that can operate motor-driven potentiometers?

… same as Motorfader: http://www.ucapps.de/mbhp_mf.html

Has anybody tried this

… I think not  :frowning:

know where I can find relevant help/info?

Thanks!

Where can I find the schematic for the CORE section? As I understand the module (linked above) is connected to the main MIDI processor - is that correct?

SO what I basicly need to do is to build the CORE section, build the motor fader (MF) module, only with motorised potentiometers instead, and I should be home free?

Where can I find the schematic for the CORE section?

Implementation in MidiBox64:

and in MidiBocLC:

and I should be home free?

, ääähhhmmmm… yes… äähhhhm… perhaps  ??? :-\ :stuck_out_tongue: … see this post (sorry, it’s only in german)

I would just buy one pot at first and make some tests. You see in the bulk order, that I’ll do the same  ;). You won’t profit from a discount anyway, since there ain’t enough orders for this pot.
