Application: MIDI foot controller for guitar effect - rack unit
Platform: Midibox
1 x PIC18F452 CORE running MIOS8 with a modified Midibox16e application
2 x DIN modules for some foot switches
2 x DOUT modules for LED for button press feedback
How to link button press EVENT to a DOUT pin to toggle a LED on or off based on what button was pressed, (changing preset, instant access or scenes on the effect unit- Fractal Axe FX3).
Is it possible to do this in midibox16e application, or is it better to use a C++ skeleton?
The midibox editor is very handy for setting up all the buttons for midibox16e, if I use C skeleton, than I will lose that feature.
