Low Current LED's ?

What would you say is Low Current ? I’m looking at building a SID V2, and for the matrix, Low current LED’s are mentioned.

If the LED is specified to run at say 20mA, is that ‘low current’ ?  Like these?

Ok, so the 20mA is max current… looks like low current LED’s run between 1mA & 2mA

Yep, that seems more like it. The LowCurrent LEDs from reichelt that I usually use take 2mA.
