hi everyone..

 

i have a issue with my leds.. they work perfect only it doesnt go ON on the moments i would expact they should go ON..

 

as i use a Lighting software and the software sends Midi massages back to say if a Led should go ON or OFF.

 

if i press the button with the MOUSE on the software the led Goes on (OK)

but if i press the Button on the LPC the corresponding Led doesnt go ON it stays OFF  (not ok)

 

this is the line i did some trial and error with..

 

EVENT_BUTTON ID=2000 HW_ID=12 FWD_ID=LED:6 TYPE=CC CC=70 CHN=2

 

i also lookt at the massage that the software sends back to the LPC with midiox and it seems ok.

 

so i wonder why doesnt the led go ON if i press the button on the LPC?

why does it only work if i press it with the Mouse on the software?

 

and to get a idea how my midi controll looks here’s a image :slight_smile: it still a work in progress each time i test it to see if it works ok..

 

i use V1.025

You didn’t mention what trial and error you actually did…

 

Anyhow, I’d be trying things with this property  button_mode=<mode>

uhmm realy strange i dont realy see where the issue is at but some functions give great feedback and others doesnt but the way the midi is send back to the controller are the same (only other note’s offcourse)

 

 

ahh now i see it ..

 

some functions will send the Midi feedback on PRESS and others on RELEASE…
