It’s all good dude, I was apologising for editing your post; not attacking you for not editing it yourself. I need to be annoyed a few times in a row before I go there ![]()

is this USB 1 (12Mbps) or USB 2 (480Mbps) ?. And what is the speed 1Mhz or 4Mhz ?. Sorry didn’t find any tech spec :-[
datasheet says usb 2.0
is this USB 1 (12Mbps) or USB 2 (480Mbps) ?.
USB2 can also be 1.5Mbps. ![]()
USB2.0 simply adds the 480Mbps mode to the 1.5 and 12 Mbps (and does some minor enhancements).
Since the 480Mbps mode works completely different to both others device and host must negotiate about the protocol at a lower datarate and then switch over to 480Mbps.
For a good coverage about that topic see http://www.lvr.com/usb.htm

Hello friends,
something new with the group-buy?
As we have currently 132 boards on the list, that should be enough to go on with the procedure?
I’m very keen to get this 5x5 interface running…
Yes, there’s good news - the target is reached, the bulk order will happen. At the moment, the prototype boards are being made and will be thouroughly tested. After that, there’ll be a “real” sign-up list on the WIKI - stay tuned! ;D
Hopped on the caboose.
Here is a picture of my recently finnished 5x5 stripbord based interface. After some stupid mistakes and miscalculations it now works perfectly. Looks pretty neat too except for the bulky screws on top.
EDIT: Attached the picture
looking good (at least!), even with the screws.
props, mate. ![]()
No image here…
try to load it separately
(when you hit ‘quote’ you see the link to it, copy in separate tab to see)
I see, It’s a trick photo.
Maybe if I’ll look hard I could see a 3D image
If you stare at it for a while it looks like a dinosaur ![]()
Original post is fixed now. More good reasons to keep documentation onsite… </broken record>
Could you add the dimensions of the PCB in metric values to the Wiki page, please?
Thanks, ilmenator
Haha, are ya too lazy to multiply with 2.54?
Done.

Got me :-X. Thanks!
Is it multilayer board?
In the layout drawing I can’t see any GND connection?
