I finally finished my midibox64, built to controll Traktor. 8) Been building it for 6 months.(i still can’t find all the notes for leds) Thanks for inspiration!

Tell us something about it, please! How did you make the illuminated buttons?
They are acrylic pieces glued to a button, and there’s a led underneath. The thing on picture is a plate that holds buttons and leds.

It uses SysEx file from vmidibox64, i didn’t do any programming. I just put all the buttons on chanel 1 in vmidibox64.
6 months! wow. It apears to have been worth it!
Well it could be done much quicker, makeing it was a lot of fun, eventhough it was nervewracking sometimes. Those buttons (and plates that hold them) and frontplate took most of the time. Make good plans (simplicity and reliability are good) before you start your own project.
