Encoders / Switches debouncing

Hi Folks,
currently working on a Control Surface PCB driven by DIO i was wondering if such debouncing schems might help or if it was an overcome:
Encoder:

Switch:

Hello Jerome

I just let you know if you miss it, MIOS have debounce handled at soft side.

has done the filtering with caps:

Ok thanks dudes , i think i will add the 0.1µF cap on encoders , the bunch of extra resistors and “switch cap” seems then not a real use.

Is there any information about the edge frequency / delay, the soft debouncing operates with? Is that adjustable?

I have some precision decoders giving a pretty high number of pulses / sec.
