Cloning GM5?

Hello,

I got GM5 chip from one user here (thanks rosch) and saw that it is Atmel at90usb162. Why doesn’t anyone try to read hex from it and make a clone? I have tried to do this, but I don’t know how to push this chip into programming mode and use Atmel Flip to read the source.
