Hi all,

while searching for components for my MidiBox SID V2 project, i found this offer on ebay. 2x PIC18LF4685 chips for 10,80$.

That was the cheapest offer i ever found until now. Therefore i thought that it might be interesting for some of you. I hope that i will get my order without being checked by german customs :wink: But also with taxes it is still a very good price/value ratio.

You got to keep in mind that those don’t have the bootloader pre-burned.

So you’ll need an additional burner.

I know, i have a PicKit 3 clone. So i am prepared for this…hopefully :wink: I also own an older programmer, but it doesn’t support this PIC type.

Anyway thanks for the advice!
