Capacitor and Clock Questions

So I followed the links on the SmashTV website for:

Ceramic Cap 10 pF. The minimum order is 500 so I went looking around and found this:

Ceramic Cap 10 pF. I’d like to know if this would work since it is a lower minimum?

Also would this oscillator work as a clock:

OSCILLATOR,14.31818MHZ,FULL.

It needs a 100pF cap instead of 10pF, while my list showed 100pf, the link to the Mouser part was for a 10pF.

For the caps this one should work, and this crystal for the osc.

I have updated my parts list to better reflect current availibility/RoHS compliance.
