Cheap Midibox 64, with 64 LED buttons and 64 pots. I never got around to connect the LEDs. I used to call it “Binome” because of the button and knob grids, reminding of a Monome’s layout.

And it has never been locked! I can always just open it up. Not that it’s especially useful, it’s actually a little unsafe. Well, I will ‘close the case’ after the upgrade to V4 then…
