does any one know if ableton sends out midi messages to turn leds on/off?
i can’t find a way of assigning any output within ableton only inputs via the midi map mode.
Did you check, what happens on the host Midi-Out (with MidiOX), when you activate a function? Normally you don’t have to map those functions but they’re fix assigned.

This feature is on only with the mackie protocol in Live 5 by my experience, so if you’re not using MBLC probably you need to configure live as mackie control and map the messages sent by Live
