Edit: I should mention, I am looking for a built unit. With or without case. 
The seq v4 is not too difficult & fun to build. Control surface and lpc 1769 core from smash tv, sd card holder and the proper parts should get you going. Cheap postage from Reichelt to NL. Cheap satistronics LCD. Cheap 19 inch cases at Radio Twenthe (Hagenees?) Add AOUT, CV, QuadIIC only when necessary. I am not an electronics pro and I can bulld it, so it’s doable! Sometimes a seq v4 shows up on the fleamarket, so you might be lucky. Jump on it quickly then!
