Wrong Voltage Measurement MB6582?

Hi everybody. The assembly of my MB-6582 base board comes nearly to an end. Yesterday (or better today early in the morning) i finished the PSU section (option B +5V, +9V, +12V).

While testing the outputs on J4 i regognized that the 9V rail is on up to 13V and not 9V. The other rails measure the expected voltage. Now my question: Where could be the problem or is this the usual case?

Almost sounds as you somehow mixed up the 7812 and the 7809.

OK i solved the problem. The 7809 on V2 seemed to be defect. It released around 12.9xV. Although it is labelled as 7809CV.

Replaced it with another one of the same model. Now i get around 9V.
