Wiring 2 AINS to a Core

HI,

Hoping someone can help

I am wiring 2 AINS to my core using J5a & J5B using Smash Tvs instructions, I know I also have to connect my AINS to J6 however as there is only one J6 on the core can I chain the AIns and link my second AIN with the J6 pins on my first AIn or do I have to link both AINs directly to the core J6. Alternatively as I am not using J7 could I wire my second AIn to this?

Hi Toby,

the 3 multiplexer control lines of the two AINX4 modules have to be connected together like shown in this schematic: http://www.ucapps.de/mbhp/mbhp_ainx4_64pots.pdf

It doesn’t matter, if you link them at the AIN module, or core module side. Only the electrical junctions are important. :slight_smile:

But the control lines should not be connected to J7 of the core module, this port has another purpose
