uploading MIOS

Hi guys

I have with me a PIC18F452 and an USB programmer that can program this chip. So, could I upload MIOS in the chip without buying a pre-programmed chip. How can I burn the bootloader?

Please read the README.TXT carefully

If all this is still too complicated, you might be better off just getting a pre-programmed chip from one of the shops that carry them.

Then you can just build the core and program everything by MIDI

just launch p18.exe , choose dedicated bootloader .hex (file 18f452), burn the .hex (clic on Brennen in german) and that’s all ! the rest is done in midi with mios studio
