It’s Karl E’s (from synth-diy mailinglist) first ever project he has designed by himself.. It’s actually “Bit Crusher” (or bit reduction/variable sampling rate based signal modifier).. I still get some chills from looking at the “the casing”

Constructing something like this baby filter thing requires one or more issues…or at the very least one spare personality!
Dude got it wrong, to be a freeek you need a website dedicated to naked performance with your synths, not your performance with naked synths… ;D
