how do i go about testing the sid module with the c64 psu?

you need to browse the ucapps.de site a bit more…it’s all there, really.

yea ive seen that…thought there might be another way of just hooking the sid module up..oh well

oh ok, i think i see what you mean now.  as far as i know, all you can do with only a sid module is test the voltages coming from certain pins (per the instructions at the bottom of the sid module page).  other than that, i don’t think you can do much without a core module.

ok i figured so but just wanted to make sure…i had to reorder my core module because a couple of the contacts on the board must have melted off or something probably because my soldering iron was too hot..but i had the core working after a bit i just want to test the sid module..oh well have to wait the core
