Tension pb with MF Module

Hello,

I need some help for my MF module.

I don’t have 4v at C4. My wall power supplie give 17V but when I plug it into J1 I have 4V at the bottom of J1 and I have 2V between + and - of the bridge rectifier… Is it normal ???

Hi,

no, this isn’t normal. Sounds, like there is a short circuit somewhere at the board?

Are all ICs and connections to motors/core module removed when you are doing this test?

no IC are in there socket and faders are connected !

Please disconnect them all when measuring the voltages - so long the MF module is not controlled by the core, the 74HC595 drive the faders into random directions (or not… or anything randomly happens)
