ST 4051 are prone to create jittering on AINs

he had some jittering issues that were fixed just swapping ST 4051 for TexasInstruments 4051, I thought it was worth to be reported.

IIRC the ST vregs are also the ones that tend to be problematic, and/or the optos… ?
