Source for machined screws in Europe [?]

Anybody knows some source of machined screws with good selection in Europe?

I`m having hard time finding some nice black screws locally.

McMaster (www.mcmaster.com) is good source for US crowd.

Something like this one but black edition would be great.

This may sound weird but that really reminds me of skateboard deck bolts…

Yes, these kind of screws are used whenever hooking is unwanted, like skateboard decks.

M3 length is not much important as I can cut it, but 10mm would be just right. They should be hex or Phillips type.

i still remember when i was running from store to store to find some black screws…

i nearly got crazy…  ;D

but then i found a small backyard-business just around the corner of my house…

they sell nearly any type of screw - also in black!!!

I can get them from RS for about 10p each, 3mm, 10mm under head. Bags of 100.

How many do you need ?

I didn`t know RS have them.  :slight_smile: One local company is RS distributer. The deal only with companies but I can manage that. And, I found black M3 hex button head. Thank you

change that to:

“only for US citizens crowd, living in the US, and possibly only if the order is big enough”

Just tried to buy some of those screws from them to be delivered to Mexico, first answer:

“Thank you for contacting us.  Due to the ever-increasing complexity of U.S. Export regulations, McMaster-Carr has decided to only accept international orders from a few of our long-established customers, so we cannot accept your orders.”

then I asked if I could get the order shipped to a US address, second answer:

“We are concerned with our products’ final destinations so, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your orders even if you ask us to ship them to a domestic address.  Please accept our apologies.”

what the f$%&k is wrong with this McMaster people?
