Hi,
I’m pretty this stuff, thus I’m wondering if it matters what the rated voltage is of the capacitors I choose as long as the capacitance is correct?
I am reading the parts for the SID from this link,
http://www.ucapps.de/mbhp/mbhp_sid_orderlist.txt
For example the for the SID module it says I need a “Polarised Capacitor 1 uF/16V” if I get one that is rated to 1uF/100V thats fine right?
Also by polarised I presume a radial electroylic will do fine?
Another thing, does anyone know where I can get the
Stryroflex Cap 470 pF (2.5% tolerance)
and Ceramic Cap 330 nF
in the UK.?
I really wan’t to get all my parts from maplins but I can’t see those two, can anyone show me alternatives, at maplins prefferably.
But failing that anywhere in the UK
Thanks in advance
