lol, look in the right corner below of the picture, there is the pin-description…and as its said, pin1+2 and 3+4 is connected together, so you have the choice, connect pin1 to GND and 3 to DIN, or 2->GND and 4->DIN
EDIT : Or 1->GND…4->DIN or 2->GND…3->DIN… ;D ;D
