can it be controllable thru knobs/pots/sliders only?

i think website provides info only on 4xCoreSID config.

ok , that wasn’t clear…

let me rephrase - is it possible to create a box with as many controls (sans unnecessary ones of course) as ‘stepC’ but with only one CORE+SID combo ? and what parts would i need.
