Where can I find Rotary Encoders with Led indicators
like they use in Mackie or Raditec Product.

Chek the Alps site - if anyone does em, it’ll prolly be these fellaz…
I rek they’ll be pretty expensive tho so I would advise you design ur panel with regular LEDs placed above/below the encoders urself - remember you’ll want sum LED rings too

Indeed, they are horribly expensive. For a DIY project it doesn’t make sense to use these, only for large quantity production where you can save a lot on the labor necessary for mounting the unit. At Frankfurt Musikmesse I talked to some ALPS guy, I don’t remember the number he told me, but I was so shocked that I left their booth quite disillusioned about these encoders… :(
