Nope, Reason doesn’t send *any* midi out…
(What is annoying as well is that it doesn’t even have a “snap” function.)

Have you tried over Cubase SX and ReWire to get an midi out? I don’t know if it works, maybe it’s possible.
Good workaround I use:
Just dont use the mixer of Reason, use Rewire instead. Put every instrument (or whatever) to a Reason output and controll that over the Mixer in Cubase.
Works good this way.
