Question about anlogue multiplexers

Hello, as in the scheme described there are 74HC4051s or 4051s to use to solder on the pcb, but i didn’t find any of them, but only MC14051BCP and i see some difference in the order of the pins (for example pin13 is described not as 1 like in the MIDIBOX scheme but as X0, pin12 as X3 etc).

The question is could someone tell me can i use MC14051BCPs instead 74HC4051s?

Hi OgO,

it seems that this chip is pin compatible and therefore can be used as replacement. Don’t take care for the pin names, they are mostly manufacture dependend
