programming 4 PIC's for quad IIC

Who can help me with programming 4 16f88 pics?

I need the IIC frimware for 3x out 1x in flashed to the PIC’s but i don’t have a programmer.

 

I live in prague, so if you live next door i can bring them :)  Germany, Holland … al ok i will send them with some money to send it back.

 Is there a specific post/thread with people willing and able to provide programmed PICs (specifically 16F88 for Quad_IIc)?  I purchased mine from MIDIbox Shop some time ago and would like to be able to point future builders to a reliable source.
