Problem with analog input

Hi!

I have 8 MFs connected to a core module (unmuxed), exactly as described in mbhp_mf_interconnections.pdf (including the 100nF capacitor). The jitter monitor measures a jitter of 3 to 8. That would mean I had to set AIN-Deadband to a very high value to avoid sending midi-events triggered by the jitter!?! Btw, I have a second core with MFs connected where I measure a jitter of 0.

Any suggestions what could cause the jitter and how to avoid it?

Hi,

a jitter > 3 is definitely too high. Seems to be a problem with the power wiring to your faders. Maybe it helps when you make the connections to Vs/Vd of J5 shorter.

Thanks for the quick answere. I rewired the power connection . This reduced the jitter to a value of <3.
