So, I’m a newb, I’ve read over all the docs on the site, and some of the posts here in the forum…

It seems like MidiBox doesn’t support rotary encoders… is this the case?  I have seen some posts that talk about encoders that kinda make it seem like they work…

What’s the story?  Can I use rotary encoders?  I’d really prefer to… if so is there a special kind of encoder that I need to have?

Any help would be appreciated…

MIOS supports encoders and you can use up to 64 with the MB64E application. no special kind of encoders needed. I you want both encoders and pots you should wait for Midibox NG or for someone to enhance the mb64 code.
