Hi

I’m trying to design some simple artwork on Egale lite for 8 pcb mount buttons with a 10 way DIL header to connect to the din’s. Unfortunatly I’m struggling with Egale lite, so the whole process is proving to be very unproductive (i.e. I dont have a clue how to use Egale lite). The helpl documentation is proving to be, err very unhelpful. I’m sure if I knew my way round the package it would take no more than 30min to design the artwork

Can anyone help?

huuummm yes maybe I can help you : just drax the PCB! take the good width for “track” and hole, and go! look at the pin out of you switch…

I used to draw PCB with image processing software (The Gimp). Just draw it as you do on a paper, but here you can use the grid to make something “beautiful”! :wink:

Thanks for your reply, I sat down last night for many hours and managed to get some useful results from Egale lite.

Great!!! I think with some time you will make good PCB (it take sometimes to me to make the track with good width! lol)
