In german they would be named “Endlos Drehregler” but i don’t think that you will find some of them at any German Distributor by this name. At Schuricht they are named ALPS ST EC16B 24 Pulse , the Product Name. I think you can search them only by it’s produckt name or by the Product number as Bolotov suggested.

Conrad do not sell encoders, buy them at Schuricht (or elsewhere) instead. Instead of searching for rotary encoders, try searching for “ALPS” or “ALPS STEC16B”, these are the cheapest and best (pulses/rot) encoders anyway. RS-components also has these in stock.

MB64 doesn’t support encoders, I think that you are either searching for MIDIbox16E, or for the upcoming MIDIbox NG…
The encoder connections to the DINX4 module can be found at the DIN page: http://www.ucapps.de/mbhp_din.html (-> mbhp_dinx4_16enc.pdf). They don’t need a power supply.

The MB16E not only supports encoders, but also 64 buttons, like the other firmwares. So, for the traktor control surface the combination of two core modules, one running with MB64, the other with MB16E, was the ideal solution.
