Are Poly-LEDs the same as PLEDS? IF they are then i think I’ve found a source for £25 each, although they are limited to one colour.

No, that picture is definitely a negative LCD with edge-lit white LED backlight.
I have no idea why they call that a Poly-LED display.
Strange… unless it’s an incorrect photo. I would have thought Poly_LED, Polymer-LED and PLED would be the same.
Well, it *might* just be a clever marketing trick - “poly” means “multiple” or “many”, so an LCD that is backlit by multiple LEDs could be called Poly-LED :
Hmnnn… That’s just cheeky. I’m not going to buy one as I’m stocked up from the LCD order that Kartoshka so kindly organised. I may email them and ask for details just out of curiosity though.
