So I got my Sequencer basically put together. It seemed to upload the firmware without any errors. The lcds display thing ok. The problem I am having is all of the leds are flickering and none of the digital ins seem to work right. I check for shorts and the DOUT voltage seems fine. I’m just not sure where to go from here.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it seems that you have the same problem like some other people before, either the SCLK or the RCLK line has a short.
