Hi everyone! I’ve finally finished the layout of my Midibox. It’s going to be used mostly for Ableton Live.

Overview..

Left:

8x8 Livid Pads - Going go to have Bicoloured LEDs (The boards only have 2 holes for the LEDS :()

8 x Icecube Buttons

8 x Pots for volume on 8 tracks

Middle:

Faders and buttons all around :slight_smile:

Encoder and buttons for LCD Control

Right:

16 encoders with LED rings.

20x2 LCD

Xfader

I still need to add some more buttons for transport control near the bottom, but this is pretty much it :slight_smile:

Any suggestions?

The bicolor LED issue has discouraged me from using any of the pre-made button pad PCBs - how do you plan to overcome this?

I found some that have two leads. So hopefully i’ll be able to hack that in, if not i’m going to drill out current holes and build a daughter board. It’s quite excessive to build a secondary board just for LEDs (and if i did that I would use RGB).
