Thank you very much for your Midibox project. I’ve succeeded to build a Midibox 64 without any knowledge in electronic before (I’m studying law at university)… Now I know how to use a solder iron and I really love electronic projects! I could not afford a commercial midi controller and with your project I build one for approximatively 250 euros! I’ve joined some pictures of it, let me know if you like it…
And a MIDIbox SID from the grandmaster of MIDIboxes - D2k:
It’s a dual 8580 which features a joystick as one of the control elements,
the rest u well n know :). Theres also 3 internal eeproms inside and the 9
pin dtype connector is for further control (gnd, +5, sc, rc, s0, s1). 2 in
and 2 out as far as audio i/o is concerned…
