???I have a question. can I built a sequencer
of the Midibox65 Parts-so the box have 16 or 32 or more steps and faders, and with the faders I can
chance the nots per step and accent slide nothlengh?
Or I must controll a computer sequencer with the midibox - and thats not my thing.

At this moment there is a sequencer. MB64SEQ
Same hardware as MB64 (PIC16F877, not mios)
It features 4 tracks, 3layers per track that can be assigned to notes, CC’s…
You can chain patterns (1 pattern = 4tracks x 16 pots)
Rumors say there is a sequencer coming for MIOS ;)

Accent is implemeted by a layer assigned to velocity.
Notelength is known as gate which is assigned a layer.
I suggest slide could be implented on a track which generates portamento time CC’s.

If your synth supports “Sus-Key” (like Yamaha Synths or the MIDIbox SID), a slide will be started automatically when two notes are overlapped. This can be realized by increasing the gatelength (just set it to the maximum value)
Btw.: don’t start with the PIC16F877, the MIOS based version of MB64SEQ will be released in some weeks, see also the MIDIbox roadmap
