Midibox64 Encoder and Traktorizer question

Hello, I was making a midibox64 for me, but, now I have every PCI mounted, then thought “midibox64 supports encoders?” I think no, but, please answer me.

Then, I saw Traktorizer project, that uses same PCIs from midibox, and fits encoders and analogic inputs… the question is… can I change midibox64 apllication to Traktorizer uploading the Traktorizer .hex file trough MIDI, or I need to reburn the PIC?

You can keep the PIC. (=! PCI) No reburning needed. just upload the application you need through MIDI

Midibox LC? Can I use normal pots instead of MF? Can be connected more than 8?

You can either use MTE’s Traktorizer code, or you can code your own midibox application with pot and encoder support.

since v2.1 you can also use pots with MB64e -

Although MIDIbox64E has been designed for rotary encoders, it can now also handle with up to 64 pots/faders or up to 8 motorfaders.

Pots and faders are mapped to the “encoder” entries 64-128. Example: if group width is 16, and group 1 is selected, encoders are using Entry 1-16, and pots are using entry 64-(number of pots)
