I’ve developed a small tool for managing the patches of the MBSID.
It’s capable to
copy single patch from SID to SysEx file
send single patch from SysEx file to SID
copy all patches from the SID to SysEx file
store all patches from SysEx file to SID
copy single patch within the SID
receive generic manual SysEx dump and save to file
send generic SysEx dump from file
OS: Win32
Download MBSid Patch Manager 0.3
Maybe someone is interested and could do some testing of the tool? ;)
Warning, though everything seems to work correct (at last with my computer setup) I’m not responsible if the tool messes your patches up… ;)

I´ve been using it a bit more and i have a suggestion for another feature. It would be great if it was possible to select some patches from the sid and save them into a single syx file. I needed shis feature today when i was sending syx files to TK, i and to make several syx files to awoid including the syx files.
But the again this is a small thing and not something there´s need very often The app works wonders for me!!

I’m aware of this and will make it possible.
BTW: Is there some interest in a linux port of the tool? ???

Some comments about the 0.5 release?
BTW: Is there some interest in a linux port of the tool? Â ???
Sure is, that would make a MacOS X port very easy.

@DrBunsen :
Well, if I find the time to do the port from Delphi to FreePascal there will be a Linux and a MacOS X, too.
Unfortunately, my time is very limited at the moment by it’s on my todo list…
