can somone supply, or point me in the right direction to get an up to date schematic and pcb layout for the
MIDIBox Plus 8.
A part list would be great to..

I will update the schematics and PCB layouts in the next days due to some quality improvements. Hold the line 
External power pack: w/o LCD the MIDIbox8 consumes about 50 mA - so a battery with 6V, 1000mA/h or more should be ok

excellent thorsten… i just ran across this site last week and i’m excited about maybe making my own midibox… surely since i could identify a soldering iron from a screwdriver, i’ll be able to make one, but it will likely be the midibox 8 to spare me some of the pain…
therefore count me in on hoping you’ll get those updated midibox plus 8 infos up.
