Im planning to build a midibox64e with:
4 2*40 LCDs to show permantly the names of the controllers in Top of the Potentiometer .
Is this possible ? Does the the Mios provide 4 LCDs?

technically 4 2*40 lcd is possible, see http://www.ucapps.de/mbhp_lcd.html
remember for each additional LCD after the first, you will need one additional pin on the core so that each LCD can be differentiated from the rest (something to do with the LCD communication specs)
also to get it to work you will need to customise the application you are using as this configuration of LCDs as it probably is not currently supported in the code.
