Hi there,
I have this old 486 laptop, and was wondering if anyone knew of a simple midi sequencer program that could run on it? (pref freeware) also, does anyone know off the top of their head if midi-ox will run on an old 486?
bye, from Steve

Grab an old version of Cakewalk, that was the only software available that specialized as a MIDI sequencer only and was written for PC (not ported from Mac) about that time…
thanks! I alredy found an old package that I will try when I find a serial midi interface! (prob off ebay!)
Dido! Some years ago I used Cakewalk6 with my 40 MHz 486, it was the most stable MIDI sequencer at this time.
Best Regards, Thorsten.
