Messed up Start/Taskbar Graphics

Another weird one… ???

MIOSStudio (7.5) seems to trigger some junk on my 98SE machine where the start menu and a bunch of the taskbar graphics get mangled. Anybody seen that or have an idea of what to try to reinstall (Java,DX,video card driver,etc.)?

Probably Java is doing this, try reinstalling the Java Runtime.

I can try that tomorrow night. I did however see it happen tonight without opening MS. No biggie either way.

FWIW, a Java reinstall (updated by a couple builds actually) didn’t seem to do the trick. :cry:

I may drag another graphics card driver with me tonight or just live with it if I have to. I already know what most of the mangled buttons do anyway.

Looks like maybe a graphics card driver issue. I backed up to one a couple versions older and didn’t see any trouble all tonight.

Guess I’m OK for now :slight_smile:
