Yes, everything but the break-beat samples is in fact OPL3.

Edit: I especially like the drum fill at 3:22!
sounding good :] greetings from southern oregon, i’ll be moving up to portland in the next year, glad to know there is atleast 1 fellow midiboxer up there :] also, have any spare OPL3 chips? my area is completely opl3 free -_-', i’d be willing to buy it off yea
